Here you will find what may seem like random ramblings, but in reality represent some of the ideas and perspectives I am grappling with. I am not (hopefully) narcissistic enough to think that many people read this stuff, and that’s ok. Sure, I could write these things in a journal, but in my attempt to flesh out my own maturation and formation, I find it a worthy pursuit to synthesize my thoughts and publish them in a public forum, which can receive feedback. So, if you come across this stuff and care to read, great. If you read something here and would like to comment, better. This is not about me espousing my thoughts, but it is about the exercise of writing to tie to some loose ends together, and placing it in a forum that allows for further refinement and shaping. I am a lifelong resident of Evansville, IN. My wife and I will be married 11 years this summer, and we are blessed with 2 wonderful sons, and a beautiful daughter. I am a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana (b.s History, 2001 / MBA, 2009), and I have a killer job. I currently serve as the Director of College Ministry at Christian Fellowship Church. This essentially means I am called upon to aid college-age young adults in their pursuit of spiritual formation. In addition to college-age stuff, I also contribute to our communication and creative efforts.
